— Work at Atlantic
Build your career
at Atlantic.
We hire mechanics, dispatchers, and managers who care about the same things our drivers do — doing the work well, being paid fairly, and being treated like a person on the other end of the phone. Open roles below.
— What it's like here
A real company, with
real desks and real bays.
We're not corporate. We're not a startup. The same family has run Atlantic since 2012 and most of us know each other by name. Here's what that looks like day to day.
Long-tenured team
Most of our office, shop, and dispatch staff have been here multiple years. We hire people we expect to keep.
Direct line to ownership
If you have something to say about how the company runs, the people who run it are right down the hall.
Steady, not flashy
Twelve years of operating from the same home base. No layoff cycles, no quarterly reorgs. Stable work.
Real benefits
Competitive pay based on experience, paid time off, and stable schedules. Our shop team gets clean bays and top-tier tools.

Dispatcher
Keep our trucks loaded and our drivers heard.
You'll match loads to drivers, talk to shippers, and be the person our drivers actually want to call.
