— For Company Drivers · Atlantic Expedited
Steady miles. Weekly
pay. Reliable equipment.
You drive. We handle everything else. Late-model trucks, in-house repair, weekly direct deposit, and pay structured around your experience — not a flat starting rate every driver gets stuck with. Over fourteen years of doing this right.

You drive our equipment — and we maintain it ourselves. No mystery shops, no roadside guesswork.
Home time that respects your life
We schedule around your priorities, not the other way around. Talk to us about what you need.
Bonuses worth chasing
Safety bonuses, referral rewards, and recognition for the long-haul team players. Earn extra for clean DOT inspections, driver referrals, and achieving safe driving milestones that directly boost your weekly take-home pay.

Company drivers at Atlantic are paid per mile, with direct deposit every Friday and itemized statements. Your starting rate reflects your experience, the equipment you’re running, and the routes you’re assigned. We don’t publish a single CPM number because we don’t pay every driver the same — a new driver and a veteran with a clean record running our best lanes shouldn’t be on the same line. We walk through what your number would be on the recruiter call, before you commit to anything.
We work with you on your schedule. Most company drivers run regional routes that get you home weekly. Talk to us about what you need.
Late-model tractors and straight trucks, all maintained at our own shop in Georgia. You drive our equipment — and we keep it in shape ourselves.
Safety bonuses, referral rewards, paid time off, and stable schedules. We walk through the full package for your situation on the recruiter call — honestly, with no surprises.
From application to dispatch is usually 5–10 business days, mostly waiting on the DOT-required paperwork.
Yes — but we keep it focused. Orientation is required by FMCSA, and it gives us a chance to walk through Atlantic’s specific processes (settlements, dispatch communication, shop access). Usually 1–2 days.
